GamesDesert (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to us.

GamesDesert is a free online gaming platform that hosts browser-based games. We do not claim ownership of third-party games, images, or media unless explicitly stated.

How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  1. Acknowledge receipt of your notice within 24 hours
  2. Review and verify the claim within 3–5 business days
  3. Remove or disable access to the infringing content if the claim is valid
  4. Notify the uploader or responsible party of the removal

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice by emailing dmca@gamesdesert.com with the following:

  1. Your full name and contact information
  2. The URL of the content that was removed
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court
  5. Your physical or electronic signature

Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we will notify the original complainant and may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless a court order is received preventing restoration.

False Claims Warning

Submitting a false or misleading DMCA notice is a violation of 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) and may result in legal liability, including damages and attorney fees. Please ensure your claim is accurate and made in good faith before submitting.

Repeat Infringers

GamesDesert has a strict policy against repeat copyright infringers. Users or submitters who repeatedly violate copyright will have their access to the platform permanently terminated.
